Are you ready for the winter rodent attack on your property?

Are you ready for the winter rodent attack on your property?
With winter on our doorstep, rodents, like mice and rats, will start moving indoors for several reasons:
- Warmth: Just like humans, rodents seek warmth during colder weather. Indoor environments provide consistent temperatures that are much more comfortable than the fluctuating and often freezing temperatures outside.
- Shelter: Indoor spaces offer protection from harsh weather elements such as rain, snow, and wind. They can find refuge in attics, basements, walls, and other hidden areas where they are less exposed to predators and the elements.
- Food: As outdoor food sources become scarce in the colder months, rodents may venture indoors in search of food. Garbage cans, pantries, and even pet food can become attractive food sources for them.
- Breeding: Rodents may also seek indoor shelter for breeding purposes. Warmth and shelter increase the chances of survival for their offspring during the colder months.
- Habitation: Some rodents, like house mice and Norway rats, have adapted well to living alongside humans. They may see our homes as suitable habitats year-round, but the need for warmth and shelter becomes more pressing during colder weather.
